Rules & Etiquette

I. It is not allowed to share clubs;

II. Subject to the starter’s decision, during less busy periods, single players are allowed on the course.

III. Bags and trolleys are not allowed on the greens.

IV. Only two players and two bags are allowed per buggy.

V. Buggies are not allowed on the tees, greens and aprons.

VI.   Animals are not allowed in the Clubhouse or on the course.

VII. Children under 12 years old are not allowed on the Golf Course unless authorized by the management;

VIII. Recognized handicap certificate required: Max:. 28 Men; Max:. 36 Ladies;

IX. The Marshal has permission to ensure that the course rules, etiquette and pace of play are respected;


 Etiquette


I. Swimwear, jeans, T-shirts, collarless sleeveless tops and training shoes are not allowed in the Clubhouse, on the practice areas or on the golf course. Dress code must include trousers or tailored shorts, polo shirts, golf shoes and socks;

II. Players must respect the pace of play;

III. Single players should give way to groups.

IV. Please repair divots on fairways and pitch and spike marks on greens.

V. Players must follow and respect buggy procedures on the course;

VI. The management asks players to observe the local rules ;


Recommendations

I. Do not leave money, valuables or golf equipment in the locker rooms or in the car park.

II. Quinta do Vale Golf Resort management declines any responsibility for loss of and/or damage to valuables, personal effects or golf equipment.
